What is Jafix Assist and who is it for?
Jafix Assist is an AI assistant for businesses such as repairers of electronics, bikes and household appliances. The assistant keeps your requests organised (every customer request and message in one place), writes price estimates and even builds and maintains your website.
Is Jafix Assist a chatbot?
Not for your customer. On your website your customer fills in a short request form, with photos. Only you talk to your assistant, in the app, by email or over WhatsApp.
How do I keep customer requests and photos organised?
In Jafix Assist you find every request in one clear place, with the customer's details, the photos and all messages. The assistant does the preparation; you check it and approve when you have time. That way you never miss important work and customers are helped quickly and kept informed.
What is a good AI assistant for a new repair business, freelancer or workshop?
Every business is different. Many solutions are expensive custom work, or so generic that they become very complex. For Jafix Assist we listened closely to our network in the repair sector, and we make the difference where it counts: handling requests, keeping track, writing price estimates and keeping the website up to date.
Can it make a price estimate or a provisional quote?
Yes. The assistant writes price estimates at your rates and prepares them in an email to your customer. All you have to do is check and adjust. You explain how you charge once; your assistant remembers it for next time.
What happens to my customer data? Is it safe?
Your data is stored and processed under the GDPR on European servers, inside the EU. Your customer data is and stays yours and is not used by us. We sell nothing on and do not use your data to train AI models.
Can't I just set all this up myself with ChatGPT?
Partly, but then you have to tie several tools together. That is not easy and it breaks easily (not to mention the GDPR). It also only works while your laptop is on. Jafix Assist works 24/7 and is simple to use.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. You talk to the assistant the way you talk to a colleague and say what needs to happen. No complicated screens or technical terms. The assistant guides you step by step and adapts to the way you already work.
Do I stay in charge? What if the assistant suggests something wrong?
Yes, you stay in charge. The assistant makes suggestions; you decide. Before a price estimate or message goes to a customer, you see it first and approve it. If something is off, just say so and the assistant adjusts it. It remembers that for next time.
What does it cost and what can I do for free?
You can use Jafix Assist free for 3 months: track requests, write price estimates and have your website built, with limited use per month. After that, or if you need more, the basic plan costs €50 per month (excl. VAT).
